the release is topped off by fabe’s remix of -balanced diversity-, a rocket of a track primed for the dancefloor and set to be an anthem. the perfect icing on the cake for this second, really strong release from entity.

a young dj/producer from brooklyn (deep explorer, finale sessions) pushing the line where deep house and techno join in emotive rawness. a deep moody selection of movements that suit any occasion as the vibe grows & culminates.
jordan peak fits the instinkt brand like a glove. this grenade of a release has concrete boots that will be smashing holes in dance floors for months to come. ‘drums for days’ is the most powerful release on this label to date with two tracks combing some stunning drum programming and the trippiest vocal hook you’ll hear this year. new-school house with just the right amount of nostalgia done in the classy way only jordan peak is capable of.
repress 2015 ++ jordash of juju & jordash pops up solo on his own label.tip!jordan gcz is jordan czamanski. jordan czamanski is jordash (from juju & jordash and magic mountain high). he lives in amsterdam.
jordan peak makes a stellar return to the air london imprint this september with the >cause for concern ep<, a three-track collection from the london based producer. the ever on-point jordan peak has been continually delivering striking and versatile material over the past four years, releasing records via some leading labels in underground house and techno, such as tsuba, robsoul, bass culture and one records. here we see jordan return to the air london label, following his its time / hanging by a thread ep on the imprint last year.
operating from the heart of brooklyn, ny, the latest artist to sign up to ornate is jordan, whose plush deep house sound has already surfaced via a collaboration with fred p on the deep explorer compilation far & beyond. living on the border of the bushwick and ridgewood neighbourhoods, the title of the ep is a nod to the difference jordan sees between his own spiritual, detailed work and the trend for rougher analogue sounds that have been sweeping the city he calls home. with a focus on expressive, richly melodic synths and delicately balanced rhythms, his music stands apart from the wave of guttural lo-fi sonics, and yet this is still house music with that east coast punch where it counts. with an imminent release for the noted finale sounds imprint establishing jordan well within the remit of high-end house and techno, it gives us great pleasure to present these exercises in soulful immersion, from the three 4/4 driven pieces to the ambient vignette -visage-. with the door open for more experimental interpretations, it made perfect sense to invite former ornate guest leif back to turn out a remix of the track, his own hushed tones having recently graced a critically-acclaimed debut album for fear of flying. it s the ideal complement to an ep of highly developed musicianship that spells another exciting step forward for both jordan and ornate.
jordan gcz, aka jordan czamanski, aka jordash from juju & jordash delivers an insane ep for future times! hes kind of untouchable (and certainly unclassifiable) right now.... big tip!
we are excited to bring to you a new friend to the finale sessions family and he is part of the rising cast of producers from the new york underground . this record is just letting you know that it is still the hub for top notch talent in the united states. jordan is a special producer bringing a vibe like no other with his mix of house and techno attributes .1) night mask is a nasty raw down to the ground dance track with sub like kicks and percussions and its flawless arching synth give this track its basis to move like no other.2) division point - this track is the basis for the ep and we understand we jordan is going with this one for sure . division point is part deep and raw and it gives the ep its depth that it needs to transpire on different dance floors everywhere with its floating pads and it deep drums . flawless work i must say.3) return is the track i dig the most on this jordan release! it has that peek time feel to it with its techno undertones and its great drum programming which really sets this track apart from all other and we can t forget the super sub underneath all the other attributes

the multicultural artist arash (with persian origins) made his first contact with electronic dance music in the mid 90s. mainly influenced by the classic house sound of the 90s and the german electronic music scene around frankfurt, he found his passion to house & techno music. as a teenager he started to spin vinyl and got deeper & deeper into the world of dance music and club culture. after a few years of loving & living he started to host & play on his own parties in the region with his own touch and view of electronic dance music. this was followed by appearances in various clubs and off locations. his dj sets are made of a danceable mixture of groovy deephouse and techhouse. 2011 arash started to take his passion on the next level with shaping his own sound. since then he released tracks on record labels like kiara records (barcelona), bla bla (amsterdam), be real (amsterdam) and night drive music (berlin). arash is definitely an artist to keep a close eye and ear on!

12 Inch 03.04.12
012 seems to be jordan peak’s year! he will set up his own label and has remixes out on top class labels like 2020vision, real tone and ibadan.
>minor details< is another top production from up and coming uk producer jordan peak. with releases on quality labels like tsuba, robsoul, one records or area remote, this new release is another solid offering from the talented youngster. the original version of >three one two< is a percussive yet deep club track, whilst the julien sandre remix adds more pump with its rugged acid bassline. >got soul< is stripped down and raw, a trademark of jordan s work and thats what we like. nick lawsons remix takes the track in a smoother direction and completes this well balanced ep.
a year and a half in the making – well, spiritually at least – the air jordan ep soundtracks a 2010 roadtrip through a captivating country, just before the instant rush that became last years fever album and subsequent when in doubt label launch. based on field recordings taken in various bustling city centres, rugged desert landscapes, peaceful cornfields, lively amphitheatres, abandoned villages and ancient temples, the ep’s four tracks capture glimpses of jordans stark and desolated scenery as well as its warm and vivid spirit, channelled and reinterpreted through a simple recording device and a sampler. we hope you enjoy the results as much as we enjoyed travelling.
support from: efdemin (dial), marcel dettmann, morphosis, james holden, four tet, ben ufo, mary anne hobbs, martyn, serge (clone) faltydl & appleblim
focusing on low slung house music full of swing and swagger, jordan peak has a knack for creating raw analogue charm and already encompasses a growing spectrum of sounds. currently in the midst of a speedy ascent through the production ranks, his output already includes an intriguing set of releases, for a uk act, on labels such as robsoul, raum...musik, saved and tsuba. this is quite an introduction to music making, considering that jordan only released his first record in late 2009.
a tech house flight of the bumble bee provides the wind and propels you across multi beats, shimmering chords and occasional vocal refreshments. you know what to do - just keep on moving! on the flip shinedoe on the remix duties!
